Does Facebook delete fake Facebook accounts after reporting?

When user reports some account as a fake account or to close account etc, if the same report is reported by many people then facebook takes some action on it.

It asks the user to "Confirm your identity", here the user needs to Confirm their identity by following facebook's guidelines, facebook will ask you to submit 2 of our identities authorised by government, if you don't have the above facebook will ask you to submit college identity card or gym membership card etc. If the user fails to submit any of the above their account will be deactivated.
